Job summary

The Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF) invites applications for a role within the Enabling Division to develop, review, and coordinate policies that help persons with disabilities live well in the community.

You will manage MSF-funded Day Activity Centres and Home-based Behavioural Intervention Service, and lead caregiver support initiatives including the Assisted Deputyship Application Programme and the Special Needs Savings Scheme, engaging stakeholders across sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in public policy and/or project management is advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder networking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage tight timelines and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the EN team to develop and review policies for PwDs and caregivers.
• Coordinate MSF-funded community-based care programmes and initiatives.
• Oversee caregiver support initiatives and related schemes.
• Review needs and aspirations of PwDs to ensure adequate program support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across government to provide integrated, family-centric support.
