The Land Transport Authority seeks an Assistant Director (Facilities Management - Contracts) to ensure hubs remain safe, well-maintained, and operationally ready. You will support contract management and procurement across hubs, establishing governance and collaborating with Hub FM teams to uphold high infrastructure standards.

Qualifications

• Professional qualification or degree in Building, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Estate Management, Facility Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of facilities management, contract administration or related experience, with at least 2 years in supervision.
• Knowledge of contract administration and procurement processes, including government guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Review FM policies and align with Infrastructure Group standards for consistency.
• Lead and guide the Senior Manager (FM - Contracts) to strengthen governance and development.
• Establish contract management KPIs and prepare governance reports for the Deputy Director.
• Monitor FM contracts, track variations, and ensure timely record-keeping.
• Oversee Purchase Orders via GeBIZ with proper funding and contract rates.
