Job summary

CHETTINAD NACHIYAR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily food preparation and kitchen operations. You will follow recipes, assist chefs, and help maintain hygiene and quality across all prep areas.

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen, handle ingredients, and support the team during opening and closing duties. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays is preferred.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, workstations, and food preparation areas.
• Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food ingredients and kitchen supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures at all times.
• Monitor ingredient levels and inform supervisors when replenishment is required.
• Assist with kitchen opening and closing duties.
• Perform other kitchen-related duties as assigned by management.
