Job summary

AAMA BROTHER'S PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced cook to prepare a range of South and North Indian dishes, including dosai, briyani, tiffins, and daily meals in a busy kitchen.

The role requires at least 3 years in a professional kitchen, willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays, and a passion for cooking with best practices. Uniform is provided, and problem solving is encouraged in a fast-paced environment.

• Minimum 3 years experience in a kitchen.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes: thosai, dosa, masala dosa, onion dosa, butter masala dosa.
• Cook South Indian tiffins and lunch meals.
• Prepare North Indian lunch thali and dinner dishes.
• Cook Hyderabadi and Malabar briyani varieties (chicken/mutton).
• Prepare Chettinad Dum Briyani and other briyani dishes.
• Prepare North and South Indian snacks.
