Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Care Coordinator to support patient selection, counselling, and referral processes across settings. You will help consolidate appointments and coordinate with primary care partners to ensure smooth care delivery.

You will also assist in training hospital teams, developing workflows for right-siting efforts, and supporting ongoing community care with data entry and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• Coordinate patient care activities with a healthcare team.

• Enter and manage data for tracking and reporting.
