Shangri-La Groups' Palawan Beach at Sentosa, Singapore, seeks an Assistant Café Manager to drive daily café operations and guest experiences. You will support the Café Manager, help run cafe operations, and contribute to outlet performance in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Ideal candidates show passion for Food & Beverage, enjoy interacting with people, and can lead by example while training staff and maintaining high service standards. Shift work is required.

As the Assistant Café Manager, we rely on you to:

• Support the Café Manager in daily operation
• Manages Cafe operations experiences
• To assist in maximising the performance of outlet
• Provide solutions to solve recurring issues in outlet
• Set and maintain service standards
• Train and mentor staff whenever appropriate
