The Palawan @ Sentosa in Singapore is seeking a passionate Bartender to join our vibrant beachfront precinct. You will mix drinks, mocktails, and other beverages following standard recipes, while applying product knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

As the Bartender we rely on you to:

• Mix drinks, mocktails, and other bar beverages accurately following outletstandard recipes to ensure consistent quality
• Apply thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, menus, and promotions to assist guests and enhance their experience
• Monitor guest satisfaction and take actions to improve service quality and guestenjoyment
• Prepare inventory or purchase requisitions to replenish bar supplies and maintainstock levels
• Equip the assigned bar area with necessary tools and products to supportefficient operations
• Maintain food hygiene and safety standards to ensure a clean and safe barenvironment
• Collaborate with team members to perform duties as assigned to support overall outlet operations
