Shugar Prestige in Orchard Road invites a proactive Assistant Branch Manager to support daily salon operations, ensure service quality, and lead our team to meet business targets.

You will cultivate a welcoming atmosphere for clients and staff, supervise scheduling, coordinate inventory, and uphold premium standards in a luxury beauty environment.

This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a passion for beauty services, nails, and client care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in beauty, nail, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic POS systems.
• Experience in beauty/nail services is an advantage.
