Qualifications

• 2+ years in beauty, nail, or retail management.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to work retail hours, weekends & holidays.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager in daily salon operations.
• Supervise and motivate staff to meet service & sales goals.
• Manage appointment schedules and ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle customer feedback and promptly resolve issues.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product orders.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards per policy.
• Assist in staff training and performance evaluations.
• Support marketing and promotional activities to engage customers.
