Job summary

NAIL PALACE (SBW) PTE. LTD.

is seeking a results-driven Store Supervisor to assist the Branch Manager and Operations Manager in delivering smooth daily operations, while leading a team of nail technicians and customer service officers. You will focus on achieving optimal sales, stock control, and exceptional manicure/pedicure services, including nail art, gel and acrylics, with strong product recommendations and rapport building with customers.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year in nail & beauty service industry.
• Well-groomed with a positive, sales-driven attitude.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage for liaising with Mandarin-speaking staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist Branch Manager & Operations Manager to ensure smooth daily store operations.
• Manage and lead a team of nail technicians and customer service officers.
• Achieve optimal sales targets.
• Oversee outlet stock inventory and control.
• Provide professional manicure, pedicure, including nail art, gel/ acrylic, cuticle removal, shaping, massage.
• Recommend suitable products and treatments to customers.
• Build rapport with customers.
