Job summary

Jia Le Tcm Wellness in Singapore seeks an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across branches, upholding service excellence and consistency. You will lead branch managers, implement SOPs, and drive performance against targets.

You will monitor budgets, coordinate marketing with the team, handle customer feedback, and ensure health, safety and regulatory compliance while identifying opportunities for growth and expansion across the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as an outlet manager or similar in beauty, spa, wellness, or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, and brand development is advantageous.
• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
