Job summary

NAIL PALACE (YT) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Branch Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead a team of nail technicians and customer service staff.

You will drive sales, ensure stock control, and deliver professional manicure and pedicure services, including nail art and gel enhancements. You will build strong rapport with customers, recommend suitable products, and maintain high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in nail & beauty service industry.
• Well-groomed.
• Positive attitude, persuasive, ambitious, aggressive, sales-driven.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and service orientated.
• Excellent leadership skills to lead and motivate staff.
• Able to speak English and Mandarin is an advantage to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
