Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking an Assistant Bar Manager to lead daily bar operations, delivering a polished, intuitive and memorable guest experience. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or similar role in luxury hotel/bar environments.
• Strong knowledge of bar operations, service standards and guest relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the floor by overseeing daily bar operations and ensuring warm, attentive service.
• Inspire and develop the team through coaching, trainings, briefings and ongoing guidance.
• Ensure consistent service techniques, grooming, product knowledge and standards are demonstrated.
• Build genuine guest relationships, anticipate needs, respond to feedback, and manage service recovery.
• Collaborate with Beverage Manager and F&B leadership to maintain operational excellence and cover the outlet in their absence.
