Job summary

Ian & Son LLP in Singapore is seeking a highly driven accounting professional to handle full sets of accounts and provide business support for clients. You will work independently, manage client relationships, and contribute to process improvements across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred.
• Experience handling outsourced finance functions and client management.
• Ability to design efficient workflows and supervise associates.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients - design and implement efficient workflows & processes before delegating to associates
• Manage and supervise associates to handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll
• Review accounts done by junior associates
• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients for month-end and year-end closing
• Advising clients on matters relating to finance operation, accounting system, accounting treatment and reporting when necessary
• Handle GST submission
• Handle payroll and CPF submission
• Prepare tax computation (training will be provided if necessary)
• Management of Corp Pass Account with client as required
• Liaison with government authorities as necessary
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutory acts and deadlines
• Provide assistance to other members of the team as required
