Job summary

Cadmus Resources is seeking a capable accounting professional to manage a portfolio of clients from a premier boutique corporate services environment in Singapore's CBD. You will handle full sets of accounts, perform month-end closings, and deliver monthly management reports with accuracy and speed.

Requirements include a accounting degree, professional certification preferred, and at least two years in an outsourcing context. You will work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) preferred.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience, ideally in outsourcing.
• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and MAS requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts for a portfolio of clients individually or with assistants.
• Close month-end for a portfolio of companies.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packages.
• Manage day-to-day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll.
• Consolidate simple to complex group accounts.
• Compile financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards.
• Assist in providing financial management services and consultancy projects.
• Undertake ad-hoc assignments as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts of a portfolio of clients individually or supported by assistants

• Handle Month end closing for a portfolio of companies

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and reporting packages

• Handle day to day outsourced finance function, including AP processing and payroll

• Consolidation of simple to complex group accounts

• Compilation of financial statements in accordance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards

• Solve complex accounting issues from time to time

• Assist in consultancy and business advisory projects

• Undertake ad-hoc assignment from time to time

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA) preferred.

• 2 years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in accounting outsourcing practice

• Strong knowledge of statutory reporting, audit processes, and MAS regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
