Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an experienced Finance Professional to oversee accounting and financial reporting for Singapore operations and support Vietnam subsidiaries. You will review product costing, coordinate transfer pricing, liaise with auditors, and lead process improvements across ERP systems.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Accountancy or Finance with 5+ years in manufacturing finance. Travel willingness is required as part of regional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience
• Manufacturing environment experience essential
• Exposure to product costing or manufacturing finance preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee full set accounting and financial reporting activities for Singapore operations
• Support accounting oversight for Vietnam subsidiaries
• Review and analyse product costing reports and manufacturing-related financial data
• Coordinate transfer pricing activities and supporting documentation
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external consultants on compliance matters
• Oversee GST-related activities and support indirect tax requirements
• Supervise the Accounts Payable function to ensure timely and accurate payments
• Drive process improvements and ERP enhancement initiatives
• Lead, guide and develop junior accounting staff
• Support finance projects and regional operational requirements as needed

The Successful Applicant

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience

• Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting requirements
• Hands-on, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
