• Perform pre-processing checks for client-related payments and transactions.
• Verify approvals, instructions and signing mandates before processing.
• Conduct callback verification for asset transfers and static updates.
• Identify and escape transaction or process exceptions when required.
• Perform daily control and end-of-day checks to ensure tasks are completed accurately.
• Handle operational queries and follow up with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Identify process gaps and support improvements to operational controls and efficiency.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
