Job summary

DBS Bank in Singapore is seeking an Operations professional to ensure accurate and timely processing of security transfers across equities, fixed income, funds, and digital assets. You will liaise with CDP, front office, custodians and external parties, manage breaks and inquiries, and contribute to ad-hoc projects while maintaining strict controls and client-centric service.

Qualifications

Diploma or degree holder with minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in asset transfer.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong client-centric mindset with attention to details and with a strong control mindset.

Responsibilities

Process different types of transfer covering equities, fixed income, funds and digital assets.
Liaise with CDP, front office and external third parties for security transfer.
Liaise with front office and custodian to ensure smooth settlement transfer.
Investigate and resolve cash and securities breaks promptly.
Ensure transfers are processed per Bank guidelines and market requirements.
Handle queries from FO and other stakeholders.
Assist in and lead ad-hoc projects for the team.
Work with stakeholders to ensure timely implementation.
Provide support to the team leader as required.
