Job summary

Pictet Group in Singapore seeks a Client Relationship Officer to strengthen B2B client servicing and shadow CRM duties. You will lead onboarding, data changes, and daily operations, while coordinating with internal teams to deliver smooth client experiences.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in CRO/middle-office roles, strong English, and familiarity with asset servicing. Opportunity to advance toward a CRM role within a globally connected platform.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5–7 years’ experience in a Client Relationship Officer / Client Service / middle-office role in asset servicing, custody, or private banking; strong exposure to B2B clients.
• Good understanding of banking and asset-servicing products; knowledge of Avaloq or similar core banking system is an advantage.
• CMFAS / CACS certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead with complex account opening/closing, static data changes and onboarding of new services, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Provide daily operational support including but not limited to: processing and monitoring of payments, cash movements, securities orders, fund subscriptions/redemptions, and asset transfers.
• Handle client queries and incidents, ensuring timely resolution, proper escalation and clear communication to clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders (Operations, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Trading, other PAS locations) to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Promote collaboration and alignment of processes between Singapore and other PAS hubs (Geneva/Luxembourg).
• Support senior MH/ CRMs in managing and developing relationships with existing Institutional clients including preparation for meetings and follow-ups.
• Support commercial initiatives (pricing analyses, fee schedules, KPIs, simple profitability views) and preparation of pitch or review materials for existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and flag opportunities for cross-sell / up-sell and process improvements to the CRM and Market Head.
