Pictet Asset Services in Singapore seeks a Client Relationship Officer to support and develop B2B client relationships across Asia, combining front-facing relationship management with strong operational and servicing capabilities, acting as a shadow Client Relationship Manager (CRM) while ensuring best-in-class day-to-day support.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in Finance, Economics, Business or related field.
• 5-7 years' experience in a Client Relationship Officer / Client Service / middle-office role in asset servicing, custody, or private banking; strong exposure to B2B clients (Asset Managers, Institutional clients, EAMs/GIs).
• Good understanding of banking and asset-servicing products, operational flows and securities / funds processing; knowledge of Avaloq or similar core banking system is an advantage.
• CMFAS / CACS certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead with complex account opening/closing, static data changes and onboarding of new services, ensuring completeness and accuracy of documentation.
• Provide daily operational support including processing and monitoring of payments, cash movements, securities orders, fund subscriptions/redemptions, and asset transfers.
• Handle client queries and incidents, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication to clients and internal teams.
• Verify accuracy of transactions and data input in core banking and PAS tools; maintain up-to-date client files and internal records.
• Contribute to client satisfaction and retention through proactive servicing and regular contact (calls, emails, meetings).
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to deliver a seamless client experience across locations (Singapore and PAS hubs Geneva/Luxembourg).
• Support senior CRMs in managing relationships with existing Institutional clients and preparation for meetings.
