Job summary

Lendlease Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented Property Executive to support the operational needs of our Grade A assets. You will assist with procurement processes, help develop and implement operational systems, and address day-to-day ground operations for PLG.

Responsibilities include overseeing M&E and soft services, preparing reports, and collaborating with the team to optimize asset performance while aligning with corporate policies.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Maintenance, Property/Facilities Management or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in a relevant industry.
• IT savvy and proficient in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Understand and manage M&E systems with Building Manager, ensuring operation within design efficiencies.
• Adhere to Corporate requirements, policies, standards and procedures.
• Identify improvements for asset operation in soft services and M&E systems to keep operations optimal.
• Oversee soft services operations, manage service providers and tenant feedback.
• Work closely with team to understand M&E systems within assets.
• Ensure systems operate within design intent and review SOPs and asset operation processes.
• Assist with preparation and review of annual operating expenses and forecasts.
• Prepare reports including budgets, Annual Business Plan and Asset Review Reports.
