Job summary

cli asset management pte. ltd. is seeking a capable Analyst to join the Asset Management (Retail & Commercial) team in Singapore.

You will report to the Director/Associate Director and contribute to budgeting, financial modeling, and performance reporting for both retail and commercial assets. You will also conduct market analysis, support leasing decisions, and participate in initiatives spanning sustainability, digitalization and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree with strong quantitative and financial analysis foundations.
• Numerate with attention to detail and data-driven decision making.
• Proactive, team-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting, financial and asset performance analysis across retail and commercial assets.
• Develop and maintain financial models; support dashboards and management reports.
• Consolidate budgets/reforecasts and financial projections for portfolios.
• Conduct market research on market trends, tenant behavior and competition.
• Support asset management strategies, cross-functional projects, and risk reporting.
