You will manage tenant relations, capital projects, and vendor contracts, ensuring service quality and regulatory adherence in a busy retail/MCST environment. On-site Singapore location with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in property/asset/retail management.
• Experience managing retail mall and MCST environments.
• Track record of successful supplier contract negotiations.
• Ability to develop asset plans and budgets.
• Tertiary qualifications in a property-related discipline are preferable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the property team across operations, engineering and compliance.
• Develop and implement asset strategies and plans to meet client objectives.
• Ensure safety, OH&S, and risk management standards are upheld.
• Manage budgets, KPI reporting, and financial performance for the asset.
• Coordinate tenancy fit-out, capital expenditure, and maintenance programs.
• Liaise with stakeholders including clients, tenants, and vendors.
