TRI-CAP CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a quantitative and detail-oriented professional to support budgeting, financial and asset performance analysis for a commercial real estate platform with properties in Singapore and beyond.

You will conduct market research, develop asset management insights, and assist in new initiatives and special projects across retail and commercial portfolios. A degree in Business, Real Estate or Finance and 2–4 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
Strong numerical and analytical, research and problem-solving abilities.
Self-driven and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

Develop and maintain financial and asset models to evaluate performance of retail and commercial assets.
Prepare dashboards and management reports to track key metrics.
Consolidate annual budgets, reforecasts, and financial projections across portfolios.
Conduct market research on retail and commercial trends and tenant behavior.
Contribute to asset management strategies, benchmarking, and space utilization.
Assist in cross-functional or ad-hoc projects including leasing, marketing, digitalization, sustainability, and operations.
