Job summary

OJJ Foods PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our automated cold store facility, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.

You will plan inbound orders, supervise a small team, maintain inventory accuracy, run daily/monthly reports, and ensure safety and SOP compliance. Diploma and 2-3 years warehouse experience required; forklift licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills; able to lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and arranging incoming warehouse orders.
• Process Goods Receiving (GRN) transactions in the system.
• Prepare warehouse billing and ensure accuracy.
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock counts.
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign work to the team.
