Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. Bedok facility is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to support receiving, storage and issuing of materials. You will use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to keep accurate inventory and assist with packing, labeling and delivery coordination.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience, basic food safety knowledge, and familiarity with WMS. Forklift license is a plus but not required; work is Monday to Saturday, 8am–5pm.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, storing and issuing materials.
• Maintain inventory records using WMS.
• Pick, pack and label products per order.
• Ensure proper storage and safe handling of food products.
• Perform stock checks, cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Assist with loading/unloading and storage of goods.
• Handle goods in freezer and cold-room environments.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness and safety.
• Support logistics coordination and delivery schedules.
• Follow safety requirements and SOPs.
