Job summary

OJJ Foods PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily operations within our automated cold store facility, ensuring accurate, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations.

You will plan inbound orders, supervise a small team, maintain inventory accuracy, run daily/monthly reports, and ensure safety and SOP compliance. Diploma and 2-3 years warehouse experience required; forklift licence is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
• 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience.
• Experience with WMS/ERP systems is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills; able to lead a small team.

• Prepare warehouse billing and ensure accuracy.

Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and arranging incoming warehouse orders
• Process Goods Receiving (GRN) transactions in the system
• Prepare warehouse billing and ensure accuracy
• Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports
• Monitor inventory accuracy and support stock counts
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations and assign work to the team
• Ensure warehouse activities comply with company SOPs and safety requirements
• Liaise with internal departments and customers on warehouse-related matters
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse or logistics experience
• Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) or ERP systems is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently and lead a small team
• Possession of a valid forklift licence will be an added advantage
