Job summary

SATS Ltd. is seeking an experienced Logistics/ Warehouse Specialist to manage outsourced warehouse activities and monitor inventory and cost efficiency in Singapore.

You will coordinate receiving, storage, distribution, and reporting while ensuring audit compliance and seamless ERP/WMS transactions. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in warehousing within logistics, strong analytics in Excel, and familiarity with Navision/Infolog or other WMS systems.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of warehousing experience in a logistics company.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes; cold chain experience is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage outsourced warehouse activities including order fulfilment, goods receipt and inventory adjustments.
• Coordinate receiving, storage and distribution with proper documentation.
• Monitor expiring products using weekly 3PL warehouse reports and resolve related issues.
• Implement inventory tracking and conduct regular reconciliations.
• Lead cost‑reduction projects and optimize storage and logistics processes.
• Interact with 3PL and internal teams to ensure audit compliance and accurate ERP/WMS postings.
