Job summary

Asia Community Foundation invites a senior strategic leader to shape its long-term direction, strengthen institutional capabilities and deepen Asia’s philanthropic ecosystem. The Chief Strategy Officer will partner with the CEO and senior leaders to translate vision into priorities, roadmap and tangible outcomes across regional programs and shared platforms.

This three-year fixed-term appointment requires proven ability to lead strategic planning, build partnerships with foundations and donors,

Qualifications

• Extensive senior leadership experience in institutional strategy, organisational development or related field.
• Track record of shaping strategy in multi-stakeholder or international settings.
• Strong understanding of Asia’s philanthropic landscape and regional dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the refinement and advancement of ACF’s institutional strategy and regional proposition.
• Develop a focused strategic roadmap with clear measures of progress.
• Strengthen leadership capacity and organisational development across the team.
• Foster strategic partnerships with foundations and funders across Asia.
• Ensure governance, sustainability and continuity beyond the appointment.
