Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience leading programmes, communities, partnerships and new initiatives.
• Strong relationship-management skills engaging funders and senior stakeholders.
• Experience in philanthropy, family foundations or family offices preferred.
• Experience in training or curriculum design is advantageous.
• Proven ability to turn emerging ideas into well-executed programmes.
• Strong programme and project-management across multiple workstreams and deadlines.
• Ability to represent an organisation externally with credibility.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort working across Asian markets and cultures.
• Analytical judgement and adaptability to portfolio evolution.

Responsibilities

• Translate NextGen strategy into a clear multi-year roadmap with priorities, partnerships, budgets and measures of success.
• Lead the development and positioning of APC’s NextGen portfolio, including programmes, convenings and engagement opportunities.
• Build strategic partnerships with funders, family foundations, NextGen networks and ecosystem partners, and represent APC externally.
• Contribute to the sustainability and business model for the portfolio and its integration with the wider APC community.
• Build internal capability across APC, sharing tools, frameworks and learning.
