3M is seeking a Sales Operations Leader to drive regional sales productivity and governance, acting as the bridge between global strategy and local execution. You will lead a high-performing regional team, oversee CRM systems, and align incentives with business targets across multiple countries.

The role emphasizes strong operational discipline, financial acumen, and stakeholder management, with extensive experience in Sales Operations and CRM ecosystems.

Qualificações

• Strong balance of operational discipline, financial acumen, and leadership capability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field; MBA advantageous.
• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, CRM management, or Commercial Excellence within a complex multinational (MNC); B2B experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience directly managing regional or cross-border teams across diverse markets.
• Deep knowledge of SIP mechanics, compensation theory, compliance, and change-control management.
• Proven CRM experience with Salesforce and BI platforms (PowerBI), including CRM rollouts or migrations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with senior global leaders and country stakeholders.
• Strong financial and analytical abilities to translate data into strategic insights while ensuring compliance and payments.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales productivity, commercial excellence, and governance across the region.
• Lead and develop a regional Sales Operations team distributed across multiple countries.
• Oversee CRM governance, data quality, access, and reporting as the single source of truth.
• Upgrade sales tech stack with enablement tools, dashboards, and AI-driven solutions.
• Define KPIs, pipelines, and incentive alignment with business targets.
• Serve as regional owner of the CRM platform (Salesforce) and ensure end-to-end governance.
