FELLOWS CREATIVE STAFF SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Licensing Sales professional to propose anime and film IP to licensees across Asia (excl.

Japan), negotiate terms and build long-term partner relationships. You will coordinate title rollouts with internal teams and the Japan HQ, manage promotional materials, and attend events such as FILMART and TIFFCOM. The role includes sales administration tasks and reporting on market insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, licensing or business development.
• Business Chinese (Mandarin) and English required.
• Willing to travel overseas regularly.

Responsabilités

• Propose anime/film titles and IP to licensees across Asia (excluding Japan).
• Negotiate licence terms and conclude licence agreements.
• Build long-term relationships with partners; this is a relationship-driven role.
• Coordinate title rollouts and release schedules with internal teams and Japan HQ.
• Manage delivery of promotional materials to partners and attend industry events.
• Handle sales administration: invoicing, follow-ups and data entry; report sales performance.
