Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) for content creation.
• Hands-on management of social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok) with ads.
• Strong project management across multiple timelines and partners.
• Business-level English fluency in written and spoken communication.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute market-specific promotional strategies and campaigns for IP-related initiatives across Asia, supporting theatrical and digital distribution, merchandising, and fan events.
• Plan, coordinate, and produce localized promotional assets, key visuals, social media content, and creative materials in collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.
• Manage content approvals and localization by coordinating with the Japan office and key stakeholders, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and IP integrity.
• Operate and manage social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Threads, TikTok), managing content calendars, campaign launches, day-to-day posts, and paid advertising to boost awareness and engagement.
• Coordinate campaign execution and timelines with local partners and vendors to align with regional distribution schedules, product launches, and events.
• Track and analyze marketing performance using key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) to prepare actionable performance reports and campaign recommendations.
• Manage and monitor promotional budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and expense tracking across projects.
