Randstad Singapore is representing a fast-growing regional payments infrastructure provider seeking a Partnership Manager to strengthen regional ecosystems and deepen relationships with financial partners across Asia. • Experience in payments, fintech, or financial services; client management and onboarding focus.
• Proven ability to lead commercial conversations and drive partner momentum.
• Organised and able to manage multiple partners and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with partners across payments, fintech, and financial services.
• Lead commercial conversations, understand partner needs, and move them through onboarding and activation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner updates, escalations, and ongoing engagement.
• Support deal structuring, pricing discussions, and commercial evaluations to ensure partnerships are sustainable and mutually beneficial.
• Work with internal stakeholders to align on commercial terms, compliance requirements, and operational readiness.
• Manage partner onboarding end-to-end, ensuring smooth integration, documentation, and compliance checks.
• Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and reports to monitor partner performance, onboarding progress, and commercial pipeline.
