ServiceNow in Singapore seeks a senior sales leader to build and run a high-performing team of Partner Sales Managers across Asia's non-named accounts. You will own the new business quota for Asia and design territory models, coaching your team to execute a disciplined partner sales motion across a portfolio of accounts.

You will collaborate with Partner Marketing, Pre-Sales, and Excellence groups to ensure your team has everything needed to win, while engaging C-suite stakeholders to advance

Formación

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 8–12+ years in B2B tech sales with 3–5+ years leading a sales team with quota ownership.
• Deep experience building partner-led sales motions and managing partner-influenced pipeline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Partner Sales Managers across Asia.
• Define Asia partner-led GTM strategy and territory design.
• Own and deliver the team's new business quota for Asia and manage forecast visibility.
• Collaborate with Partner Manager Group to shape partner mix and drive revenue outcomes.
• Drive demand generation and pipeline with Partner Marketing and enablement groups.
• Engage with C-suite stakeholders to advance deals and model executive engagement.
