KFC Asia Franchise Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Manager Market Development, Asia to drive aggressive restaurant growth across North Asia markets, focusing on Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Mongolia.

The role leads Net New Unit pipeline, bridges strategy to execution, and mentors high-potential leaders within KFC and YUM!. Experience in M&A/strategy and Asia markets is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Finance or MBA required.
• 12–15 years of experience in an M&A/strategy/commercial/planning role.
• Strategy Consulting, QSR, Retail, FMCG, Real Estate or Leasing experience relevant.

Responsibilities

• Deliver growth KPIs by structuring multi-year development agreements and negotiating with franchise partners.
• Manage Franchisee relationships and pipeline to drive new store openings and remodel targets.
• Develop and execute growth strategy including market expansion, sub-franchising and growth initiatives.
• Build Franchisee capability through conferences, workshops and market visits.
