Job summary

KFC Asia is seeking a Regional Restaurant Technology Manager to lead rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of restaurant technology across 5,500+ restaurants in Asia. The role partners with franchisees, BMUs, regional teams and global product owners to translate global technology into practical market solutions.

You will manage market rollout, change management, performance reporting, and alignment with global standards, ensuring data security and scalability across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant operations, retail technology, digital operations, implementation, transformation or a related industry.
• Strong ability to work with franchisees, operators, technology teams and business stakeholders across different maturity levels.
• Proven experience supporting rollouts, pilots, implementation planning, change management and adoption of technology solutions across multiple markets or operating environments.
• Ability to translate technical topics into practical, market-ready guidance and simple executive updates.
• Outstanding collaboration, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Market rollout support for Restaurant Technology.
• Support franchisees and BMUs in planning and executing restaurant technology rollouts.
• Translate global and regional technology direction into practical market deployment guidance.
• Coordinate across departments to remove rollout barriers.
• Create simple playbooks, checklists, tech wiki and market-facing materials.
• Lead practical change management across markets and build confidence in new ways of working.
• Act as a first point of contact for franchisee questions on restaurant technology implementation.
• Capture recurring market pain points and convert them into clearer guidance and improved deployment tools.
