Job summary

KFC Asia is seeking a hands-on Regional Restaurant Technology Manager to support rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement of restaurant technology across 5,500 restaurants in Asia. You will partner with franchisees, regional teams and global product owners to translate global tech directions into market-ready deployments, drive change management, and report on performance and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, Business Administration, Operations, or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in QSR, restaurant operations, retail technology, digital operations, implementation, transformation or related industry.
• Strong ability to work with franchisees, operators, technology teams and business stakeholders across different maturity levels.
• Proven experience supporting rollouts, pilots, implementation planning, change management and adoption of technology solutions across multiple markets.
• Ability to translate technical topics into practical, market-ready guidance and simple executive updates.
• Outstanding collaboration, organization, problem-solving and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout planning and execution for restaurant technology deployments.
• Translate global and regional technology direction into market deployment guidance for operators and franchisees.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to remove rollout barriers and create repeatable deployment tools.
• Lead change management across markets by preparing restaurant teams and communicating changes.
• Capture market pain points and convert them into actionable guidance and better deployment tools.
• Share learnings from lead markets to build capability across markets.
