You will partner with franchisees, BMUs, regional teams and global product owners to turn global technology into practical market solutions that improve restaurant execution and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in technology, business, operations, or equivalent.
• 10+ years in QSR, restaurant ops, or related fields.
• Proven experience rolling out technology across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Support franchisees and BMUs in planning and executing restaurant tech rollouts.
• Translate global tech direction into market deployment guidance.
• Coordinate across functions to remove rollout barriers.
• Create playbooks, checklists, and market-facing materials.
• Lead change management across markets.
• Act as primary contact for franchisee questions on restaurant tech rollout.
• Capture market pain points and convert to guidance.
• Build capability across markets by sharing learnings.
• Track rollout performance and provide regional updates.
