KFC Asia is seeking a Regional Restaurant Technology Manager to drive market rollout of restaurant technology across 5,500 outlets in Asia. You will translate global tech direction into practical deployment guidance for operators and franchisees, lead adoption efforts, and coordinate with regional and global teams to ensure scalable, repeatable deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years in QSR, restaurant ops, retail tech, digital ops, implementation, transformation.
• Ability to work with franchisees, operators and diverse stakeholders.
• Experience leading rollouts, pilots, planning, change management and adoption.

Responsabilités

• Support market rollouts including readiness, sequencing and risks.
• Lead change management and adoption enablement across markets.
• Provide performance reporting on rollout progress and impact.
• Align with global product owners on standards and deployment planning.
• Collaborate with regional ops, digital, data & analytics and security teams.
