Specialized Asia Pacific is seeking a Sales Planning & Operations Lead to drive our S&OP process across Asia, sharpening demand forecasts and aligning inventory with commercial goals.

Sitting at the intersection of Sales, Planning, Operations and Finance, you’ll turn data into actionable recommendations, partner with cross-functional teams, and enable faster, smarter decisions that grow our markets and rider experience.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in Sales Operations, Demand Planning or related fields.
• Proven forecasting and inventory management experience.
• Strong analytical and data storytelling abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly Asia Hub S&OP cycle and forecast demand across Bikes, Equipment and Apparel.
• Monitor stock levels, MOS and stock turns; identify supply risks and opportunities.
• Own commercial reporting and translate data into actionable insights on sales, orders, inventory and margin.
• Partner with product teams on launches, allocation and end-of-life inventory strategies.
• Improve data quality and processes across ERP, CRM, BI systems; seek automation where possible.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance and market teams around priorities.
