Qualifications

• 5–8+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Demand Planning, Commercial Analytics or Supply Chain.
• Strong experience with S&OP/IBP, forecasting and inventory management.
• Confidence working with ERP, CRM, BI/data visualization tools and advanced Excel.
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
• Experience working across multiple markets, channels or distributor networks is a strong advantage.
• A passion for cycling, outdoor sport and rider culture would be right at home here.

Responsibilities

• Lead S&OP: Drive the monthly Asia Hub S&OP cycle and build demand forecasts across Bikes, Equipment and Apparel.
• Optimize inventory: Monitor stock levels, MOS and stock turns, identifying supply risks and opportunities.
• Turn data into action: Own commercial reporting and provide clear insights across sales, orders, inventory and margin.
• Support product lifecycle: Partner with commercial teams on new product launches, allocation and end-of-life inventory strategies.
• Improve how we work: Strengthen data and processes across Oracle, Salesforce and our commercial systems, identifying opportunities to simplify and automate.
• Connect the business: Bring Sales, Operations, Finance, Global Planning and market teams together around clear commercial priorities.
