AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Planning - Deputy Manager to lead APAC sales planning, forecasting and business reviews. Responsibilities

• Lead APAC sales planning, forecasting and business review processes.

• Develop and maintain sales KPI dashboards and management reports.

• Prepare regular weekly and monthly business reports for management.
• Drive process improvements with a focus on efficiency and scalability.

Our client is a leading global two-wheeler and mobility company with a strong presence across international markets. As part of its continued growth in Asia, the organisation is looking for a Sales Planning - Deputy Manager to support sales performance and business planning across the APAC region.

This role will play a key part in driving APAC sales planning and operational excellence, working closely with country teams, operations and regional stakeholders to support sales targets and improve forecasting, inventory and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead APAC sales planning, forecasting and business review processes
• Monitor sales performance, inventory levels, order quantities and pricing across markets
• Analyse customer demand, product models and colour mix to support commercial decisions
• Identify supply and inventory gaps and work with relevant teams to address issues
• Develop and maintain sales KPI dashboards and management reports
• Analyse internal and external data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with APAC Country Managers and Operations teams to optimise sales performance
• Support the accuracy and management of sales data within internal systems
• Prepare regular weekly and monthly business reports for management
• Drive process improvements with a focus on efficiency, simplicity and scalability

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales planning, demand planning, business planning, commercial planning or a related role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, with confidence working with data and dashboards
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across different functions and markets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels
