Job summary

Google Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. seeks a Regional Demand Planner to drive demand and fulfillment planning for APAC across product categories in Devices and Services.

The role requires strong leadership, influence, and analytical capabilities to support growth, manage stakeholders, and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including S&OP cycles and collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in program or project management.
• 2 years of experience in supply chain operations, with a focus on demand planning in consumer hardware.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for your designated region and product portfolio.
• Lead the monthly cross-functional S&OP cycle, driving decisions and actions to meet business plans.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply) to align goals, progress, and deadlines.
• Oversee demand and fulfillment planning, manage optimal channel inventory across lifecycle.
• Lead weekly collaborative planning discussions with third-party resellers to improve forecast accuracy.
