Job summary

UD TRUCKS Singapore (PTE) LTD is seeking a seasoned S&OP leader to coordinate APAC regional sales support and planning activities. The role focuses on aligning demand, supply, ordering, pricing governance, and cross-functional delivery for assigned brands and models.

You will own monthly planning cycles, optimize processes, report KPIs, and serve as the primary liaison with HQ on MD/LD topics, ensuring timely execution and strong operational discipline across markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales and operations planning (S&OP) or sales support experience, with 3 years in managerial capacity
• Structured, organized and conscientious
• Analytical aptitude, strong problem-solving skills and team player qualities
• Excellent oral & written English; Japanese an added advantage
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, macros and automation, an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Lead regional S&OP coordination across APAC markets and importers, providing clear direction and driving timely resolution of demand, ordering, inventory management, and other sales support activities
• Oversee the monthly demand planning process by consolidating market inputs, surfacing risks and opportunities, and recommending actions
• Support strategic exercises e.g. LTVF and growth strategies at the APAC level
• Own end-to-end order-to-delivery for the assigned models and brands, aligning across functions and tracking milestones
• Ensure order placement activities are executed accurately and on time in line with approved plans and governance
• Direct coordination with HQ on build schedules, shipping plans, and delivery timelines; manage escalations
• Ensure invoicing readiness by aligning with relevant teams to resolve discrepancies
• Drive process excellence by documenting and enhancing planning, ordering, and delivery workflows
• Lead development and maintenance of trackers and dashboards for order status, delivery performance, and KPIs
• Identify structural process gaps and drive improvements to data quality, discipline, and service levels
• Maintain robust process documentation and knowledge repositories
• Support Business Control by coordinating submissions and data integrity with stakeholders
• Serve as the regional liaison to HQ on MD/LD topics, translating requirements into actionable guidance
• Undertake related administrative and systems support as needed
