Job summary

Airbnb in Singapore seeks a senior leader to own regional business reporting and delivery of growth levers across Asia. You will partner with country operations, growth marketing, product, payments and policy to align plans with regional strategy.

This ownership role focuses on building scalable reporting, defining cadence, and driving cross-functional accountability, including leveraging AI to automate insights and streamline recurring operations for time and scale gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in senior operations, strategy, or program management.
• Experience coordinating programs across multiple countries and time zones.
• Proven track record building distributed operating cadences and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations and delivery of regional growth levers including go-to-market, measurement and optimization.
• Own regional business reporting structure, inputs and cadence regionally and globally.
• Own regional cross-functional roadmap across supply, product, payments, policy, brand and growth marketing, and drive accountability on delivery.
• Own regional competitive view across guest and host, enabling capabilities for country teams.
• Build AI-enabled automation into regional reporting, insights, and recurring operations to scale output.
• Synthesize data and insights into actionable regional recommendations.
