Job summary

YY Circle, Singapore's leading AI-driven workforce platform, seeks an executive leader to own Singapore's business performance, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across enterprise sales and marketplace expansion.

Reporting to the Group Board, you will shape strategy, oversee budgeting and governance, build partnerships across hospitality, retail, and other sectors, and lead cross‑functional teams to scale the platform while delivering profitability and shareholder value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of leadership experience in high-growth technology, staffing, marketplace, logistics, or platform-based business.
• Proven experience managing P&L responsibility and scaling business operations.
• Track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own Singapore business unit's profit and loss performance and growth strategy.
• Lead enterprise client acquisition and secure high-volume staffing contracts.
• Build annual plans, budgets, and growth forecasts with governance safeguards.
• Drive marketplace liquidity, partner with senior stakeholders, and enhance customer experience.
