Intellect is seeking a Director of Sales, Asia to drive enterprise growth across core Asian markets through direct sales and strategic alliances. This is a hands-on leadership role with accountability for regional sales performance and a personal revenue target.

You will lead and develop a team of Account Executives and SDRs while personally originating, owning and closing a focused portfolio of strategic opportunities.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue Ownership & Enterprise Selling: Own regional new business sales performance, translate targets into market priorities and execution.
• Sales Team Leadership & Development: Lead and coach Account Executives and SDRs, drive pipeline and revenue delivery.
• RFP Leadership & Complex Deal Strategy: Lead priority RFPs, craft bid strategies and negotiate.
• Go-to-Market Strategy & Marketing Collaboration: Shape Asia sales GTM, partner with Marketing on target accounts.
