Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior lawyer to join the Global Monetization Legal Team in Singapore, supporting our Asia sales, marketing and monetisation efforts. You will navigate complex commercial contracts and regulatory matters to enable rapid business growth.

The role requires private practice and in-house experience, with Mandarin and English fluency, and the ability to work with a global, fast-paced team across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in private practice or in-house legal dept.
• Admitted to practice law in Singapore or Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• Experience drafting, negotiating and advising on sales and commercial contracts.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with business fluency in Mandarin and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as legal advisor to TikTok's sales, marketing and monetisation teams across Asia.
• Draft, review and negotiate sales, trading, sponsorship, partnership and service agreements.
• Advise on legal and regulatory issues for monetisation and product operations across key jurisdictions.
• Lead knowledge management, templates, playbooks and training within legal and wider teams.
• Instruct and liaise with external counsel as necessary.
