Qualifications

BA/BS or law degree or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years in program/product management, product operations, management consulting, technical consultancy, risk management, or auditing.

Responsibilities

Regulatory advisory across global ad products and markets.
Translate regulatory requirements to product, process, policy and operational teams.
Lead compliance projects from inception to launch, aligning legal, product, engineering, and operations teams.
Embed compliance-by-design and set up governance and metrics to measure success.
Report compliance risks, initiatives, and progress to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Collaborate with compliance, policy, risk, legal, internal audit, integrity, technical and operational teams across time zones.
